What kinds of quotes do you review?
Quotes and proposals of every size: websites and e-commerce stores, mobile apps, ERP and CRM systems, SaaS products and other custom software, cloud and hosting, and IT support contracts. Larger proposals simply take more pages, and the fee is confirmed before you pay.
Who actually reviews my quote?
Experienced IT professionals. A lead analyst writes your review, and for larger or specialist quotes a senior reviewer or a specialist from our network checks the findings.
How is the price calculated?
A Quote Review costs ₹999 for a quote of up to 12 pages, plus ₹150 for each page after that. Festive offer price. We confirm the exact fee before you pay.
How long does a review take?
It depends on the length and complexity of your quote. We tell you the delivery date together with the fee, before you pay. If you have a deadline, mention it when you send your quote and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.
Will you tell me which vendor to choose?
We give you a clear view of each quote and what to ask. The final decision is always yours. If you want help comparing vendors, book an Expert Consultation.
Will you just tell me to pick the cheapest vendor?
No. We have worked everywhere from 10-person studios to large tech companies, and we know experience, process and accountability cost money. Sometimes the more expensive quote is the better choice, and we will say so. What we check is whether the effort and the price are explained and fair for the work.
My vendor is a big company with high hourly rates. Is that a problem?
Not by itself. Larger firms often have senior people, managers, testers and support behind your project, which can rightly cost more per hour. We look at whether the hours are reasonable for the work, and we explain the technical language in the quote so you can judge it yourself, including where a ready-made API, service or library could do much of the work.
Do you audit or test the vendor's code?
No. We review the proposal: scope, effort, rates and terms. We do not audit code or guarantee the quality of the work a vendor delivers.
Do you guarantee I will save money?
No. Some quotes have room to negotiate or to clarify costs up front, and sometimes a review shows the quote is fair, which is worth knowing too. Every quote is different, so we never promise a saving.
Do you take commission from vendors?
You pay us, so we work for you. If we ever have a relationship with a vendor we mention, we tell you upfront.
Is my quote kept confidential?
Yes. Your documents are used only for your review and never shared. We are happy to sign an NDA and to delete your files on request.
I am outside India. Can you help?
Yes. Use the currency buttons at the top of the page to see our prices in US dollars, British pounds or euros. We agree a payment method that works for you.
What if I change my mind?
You get a full refund if you cancel before we start the review, or if we find we can't review your quote. Once the review is under way the fee isn't refundable, but if your report has a factual mistake we correct it free of charge. See our cancellation and refund policy for the details.
How do I pay?
We send payment details with your fee confirmation. In India you can pay by UPI or bank transfer. For international clients we agree a method that works for you, such as an international bank transfer.
