What we collect

When you send us a quote, we collect the details you enter (name, email, optional business name and WhatsApp number, and your message) and any file you attach. We use them only to review your quote and to contact you about it.

Your documents

Your quote is seen only by the people reviewing it. We never share it with vendors or anyone else, and we will delete it on request. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share anything.

We keep a record of your enquiry and of any work we do for you (contact details, messages, fees and the files exchanged) so we can deliver and follow up on it. You can ask us to delete these records at any time.

Website analytics

We count page visits to understand which pages are useful. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Visits are counted with an anonymous code that changes every day and isn't linked to your name or contact details.

Cookies

We use one small cookie to remember the currency you choose for prices. Nothing else.

How long we keep it

We keep your details and documents for as long as we need them to deliver your review, answer follow-up questions and keep our business records. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent for us to use it. If you aren't happy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right; you can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
